From Route 9 south

• Travel down route 9 south.
• Take the exit for route 44/55 EAST off route 9. (Route 44/55 East is Church Street)
• When you get on to Church street, count traffic lights. At the 4th light, turn right on to Academy.
• Count lights again. At the 3d light turn left on to Livingston.
• Follow Livingston, which turns sharply left at Ivy Terrace. Poughkeepsie Tennis club is 100 feet past the sharp turn. It is a gray building on the left.
• If you encounter a traffic light, you've gone too far.
